About Tanya
Hello, I’m Tanya Cameron — a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach, and Restorative Yoga Instructor. I help women reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and feel at home in themselves again. My work supports general wellness, weight loss, hormonal transitions, and digestive health through personalized one-on-one online consultations.
My wellness journey began when I became a yoga instructor many years ago. Through teaching, I witnessed the profound benefits of mindful movement, presence, and nourishing the body with intention — both for myself and my students.
But even though I was doing “all the right things,” I began experiencing persistent digestive discomfort, disrupted sleep, and unexpected weight changes. I remember thinking:
“Why is this happening?”
It wasn’t until I entered my peri-menopausal years that I realized these symptoms were my body communicating that it needed something different. That realization led me deeper into study — first becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and later a Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach.
When I discovered Metabolic Balance®, everything clicked. I saw how powerfully the body responds when it’s supported with nutrition tailored to its own biochemistry. The changes I experienced were profound — and I knew I needed to share this approach with others.
