Hello, my name is Tanya Cameron. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Metabolic Balance Coach, and Restorative Yoga Instructor. Through my various qualifications, I provide personalized one-on-one online consultations that specialize in areas such as Weight loss, the complexities of Menopausal transition, and the essential aspects of Digestive health.
I began my transformative wellness journey many years ago when I took the significant step to become a yoga teacher. Through the experience of teaching yoga, I learned the profound value of mindfulness and the importance of healthy eating; I witnessed firsthand the many benefits that movement provided not only for myself but also for my students. However, as time went on, I personally began to struggle with persistent digestive and sleep issues that seemed to arise out of nowhere. At that time, I couldn’t quite understand why these troubling issues were happening and why they continued to persist. I was making a conscious effort to eat healthily and maintain an active lifestyle, so I found myself asking,
"What is going on?"
Little did I realize, I had entered the challenging phase of my peri-menopausal years, and these were, in fact, the first symptoms that my body was experiencing, along with frustrating weight gain.
Seeking to understand this new reality better, I started to dig deeper into the remarkable creation that we call ‘us’ and eventually became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. This endeavor allowed me to truly comprehend how nutrition plays a pivotal role in our long-term health and well-being. I later incorporated the Metabolic Balance program into my practice and was absolutely fascinated by how my body responded positively when I provided the right nutrition tailored specifically for me based on my unique blood values.
I embrace my diverse roles as a dedicated nutritionist, metabolic balance coach, and yoga teacher. Through these roles, I strive to share my extensive knowledge and experience with my clients, empowering them to cultivate a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
